3. Stay Hydrated
Walking for long hours in the Florida heat can cause dehydration, so it’s essential to drink plenty of water.
Staying hydrated can make a huge difference in how much energy you have!
Bring a refillable water bottle and fill it up at water fountains or water bottle refill stations throughout the parks.
You can also request free cups of ice water from quick service restaurants.
4. Take Breaks
Disney World has plenty of opportunities to rest and take breaks throughout the day. Take advantage of these breaks to relax and recharge!

How to Start a Disney World Walking Plan
